May Zoom Meditation

Take some time to rejuvenate your spirit. During this meditation, I will work on keeping you relaxed during this chaotic time, relieve stress, and get you back into balance. Thursday, May 21st, 7PM EST, you do not need to interact on this call, just listen and feel the difference in your body after this meditation! This meditation will be every 3rd Thursday each month.
